Can I Zumba or do a cardio dance for my exercise?
When doing resistance training, a set is 8 repetitions but how many sets do we do totally?
Is there a point of diminishing return of fat being burned beyond 60 mins? Any max amount of time beyond 60 mins you recommend we should stop?
Does a treadmill count?
