Do I need to do my resistant exercises in the morning before I eat as well?
No, you do not need to do resistance exercises before you eat--only your cardio. If you have the time in your day to do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and do your resistance exercises after, I fully approve of that! The only reason we mention to do resistance exercises and then your cardio is to optimize the time of your day and to allow your body to flush out the lactic acid which is built up during your resistance training. However, doing your cardio separate from resistance training is actually optimal if you have time in your day to do this.
