Can I swim instead of walking?

We may do swimming for fun, but not for cardio unless you are swimming for hours and hours a day. You could never metabolize the amount of fat that you will from doing the cardio that we recommend. We advise focusing on slowly building up to where you're doing 60 minutes on the balls of your feet, whether shuffling outside, or using your trampoline, treadmill or elliptical. The key is to get on the balls of your feet, engaging your quads and your glutes (the two largest muscle groups) which cause the greatest amount of fat burn and inner cellular health.
