How about biking with a stationary bike in regards to the Shuffle?
You can still use your stationary bike to burn fat as long as you are in your fat burning zone. You will burn your fat, however you will not get all of the cellular health benefits that come with doing the shuffle. We recommend at the very least supplementing at least 20 minutes of your cardio with a small trampoline to get your shuffle in and get the cellular health benefits.
