Can I ride a bike instead of shuffle?
You can ride a bike if you are unable to walk or to supplement your walking. The reason we recommend the walking is because the goal is to get to the Jubilee shuffle--up on the balls of your feet. This does many scientific and structural improvements to your inner body health. So, if you're riding your bike, try to make sure to accentuate pressuring the pedals through the balls of your feet, not just following pressure on the heel. My recommendation would be to bike for 10 minutes, get off, do your Jubilee shuffle for one minute beside your bike, and repeat this sequence. That way, you may use your bike as a stepping stone--working your way to your ability to sustain 60 minutes of JUBILEE shuffle. You can count your biking minutes as walking minutes, but still do your shuffle beside your bike. The ultimate goal is still 60 minutes of Jubilee shuffle daily.
