Can the 60 minute cardio be done in two 30 minute cardio workouts?

If you don't have any fat to lose it is done in a 60min session because your body does not start burning fat until minute 21. You can find this information on page 46-47 of your master plan. Do what you can do. If you need to build up slowly till you reach 60 mins that what you will do. If you would like to do a couple 30min sessions while you build up to 1 60 min session that is okay as well.
