why is it ok to have SO many carbs within the 300 calories and still lose weight?
We never recommend so many carbs. We recommend mostly protein, some fat and some carbs. Calories are just a form of energy. Carbs are a macronutrient. 1 carb has 4 calories. Our goal for you is to get a variety of fats, carbs, and proteins in your approach. Protein is important because it’s satisfying, and builds muscle. Carbs are great for energy!
