My blood pressure is regularly at 120 - 126. After 3 weeks of salting water, it's up around 136? Should I stop the salted water?
We teach to ease into the salt. You can play around with backing off to 1/4 tsp morning and evening and see if that helps then you can ease back into 1/2 tsp morning and evening. It is normal when beginning an exercise routine for the blood pressure to slightly spike as the body is adjusting, it will regulate and prove within the first 4-6 weeks so we recommend to stay steady, focus in, and watch the amazing results.
