Sodium in my diet.
It's possible. Reading labels on page 26 of the Master Plan will help you know how much sodium is in your meal.
After a few days of proper hydration, start with 1⁄4 teaspoon - 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt. Start slow (listen to your body) and work up to 1⁄2 teaspoon salt in the morning and evening before bed. (Only if you are hydrating correctly and not on any medications.) It is good to use half iodized table salt and the other a quality Himalayan sea salt ( with essential trace elements required by the body)
As you use the bathroom more often, you will be flushing out fat in large quantities and
hydrating your body like never before. So drink up! (Make sure there is adequate salt intake.)
