How much water do I drink for my size or weight?

Water and Weight -How much water is right?

Water: If you weigh under 150 pounds, start drinking 100 ounces of water a day and work your
way up to 160 ounces of water a day over your foundation phase. If you weigh over 150 pounds
start drinking 120 ounces of water a day and work your way up to 160 ounces of water a day
over your foundation phase.
It is not essential to drink a specific kind of water to reach your goal in ounces each day.
Although there are many kinds of waters that claim to increase absorption or health benefits
by way of things like Ph balance, restructuring of molecules and special filtration, these are
not required. While certain things will evaporate while water sits out overnight, metals and
non-volatiles do not evaporate easily at room temperature. See page 24 of the Master Plan.
