If plateau goes longer than a month and they have been sticking to the protocol, how long does it typically take to see a breakthrough? Could stress cause a plateau that long or other health factors?
If you have plateaued for more than a month it is most i that you're in a season of increased stress and some type of trauma in your life. During these times our body overproduces the hormone cortisol, when we have overproduction of cortisol it creates an environment in the body that makes it virtually impossible to gain hydration, gain muscle, or to lose fat. This has happened to me personally, John Jubilee, and to overcome this temporary condition I stayed steady with everything I am teaching you to do. I am happy to report that eventually through this protocol all cortisol was flushed out of my system and my hydration levels went up, lean muscle went up, and my fat went down. So I encourage you to lean in, to your transformation community, your coach, and we will be with you on the journey until you overcome this season of your life.
