I hit a plateau. Help
Plateau's are common, especially for those of us who have done multiple diets in the past. Our body creates "brick plateau walls". When we hit one of these brick walls we must become the determined tank and stay totally on track even though it appears we are going nowhere for a moment because eventually we will break the brick plateau wall and begin having success again. Although this feels frustrating in the moment, we can promise you it usually only lasts 2-4 weeks before you have your next breakthrough. Since we are building a body for a lifetime it's a small price to pay for the body and the breakthrough we are striving for.
