Detoxification.
Detox can be different for everyone and it may come in waves as your body continues to release the next level of toxins. Most often detox is a few days or maybe going up to a few weeks (rare). Much of this has to do with your previous conditions and how you are completing the program. Some people start to fast or aggressively thinking it will help faster. We always recommend to start slow and listen your body, while pushing through some temporary discomfort or detox.
Some symptoms are alleviated by a glass of water, ginger can also be great for tummy upset...maybe some ginger or peppermint tea.
