How much MSM and Tumeric are needed if you are taking both.

WE recommend taking the full dosage of MSM first, we usually only recommend turmeric if one is allergic to MSM. If however you want to take both, stick to 500-200 mg of turmeric and full dose of MSM which can be found in your Master Plan under supplements.
