How does the protocol differ from keto?

Keto has been a famous diet since the 1980's, when Dr. Atkins came up with what used to be called the Atkins diet, and it is the exact same diet as the Keto diet. The whole premise of the Keto diet keto is short for Ketosis and if you look up, what happens when the body is in ketosis. Ketosis puts the body in a state of trauma of stress where the body panics and believes that it is in starvation mode, and will shortly die. Therefore it will go and metabolize fat. However, it will also go and metabolize your lean muscle tissue. and while it is stressed in the state of ketosis it will also pull all or amounts, not all amounts, but it will pull the healthy amounts of hydration out of your cells and push them into your body sort of like a fire truck going to put out fires all over your body. So the water is being used, not to make yourselves healthy, but to put out the traumatic fires that have been produced through ketosis in your body. So will you lose weight on Keto, you better believe it, you will lose weight. you will lose muscle. you will lose hydration, and you will lose some fat, but you will also lose your health,  your vitality, your strength. Many people have reported they have had severe heart issues. heart attacks, lost their hair, had irreversible digestive issues all while on keto diets. This is decades of research that will document. What we do is we put the body in a state where you are eating enough calories to sustain your body, but not enough calories to not make the body want to go and metabolize fat. So we're eating just enough to stay healthy, so the body is never traumatized. It is never put in a state of trauma. It is in a state of homeostasis. Where it comfortably will go and say that was not quite enough. I am going to go metabolize fat and bat only. While it's metabolizing fat because of the hydration you're taking in on our protocol. Your body actually puts the hydration inside the cell instead of taking it out of the cell, causing a cellular hydration deficit. You are actually building your intracellular hydration. At the same time your body builds your lean muscle instead of eating your lean muscle. Our protocol is literally the antithesis, the exact opposite of the Keto. Keto depletes the body of healthy hydration. It depletes the body of lean muscle mass while putting the body in a state of trauma.
