Any tips to help control the cravings?
The number one craving tip I have is to always chug 2 waters. Number 2 tip to control a craving is to add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your water and chug. That is very important to learn your secrets of what will crush your cravings. To me the water alone does it but I have also experimented with the apple cider vinegar, and it is an excellent craving crusher.
