What is your opinion on gluten free bread/ products? I have a sensitivity to gluten, so that takes away most whole wheat breads.

Most gluten free breads are made from all sorts of grains and bean flours. This includes products like rice, buckwheat, chickpea, and almond flours. They are all protocol friendly, so you are fine to enjoy them. Please keep in mind, most of our transformers with a gluten intolerance reverse it by the end of the protocol. We recommend testing your sensitivity after you graduate by incorporating small amounts of gluten back in your diet.
